We maintain a curated list of wheelchair-accessible partner venues across Nashville, including restaurants, event spaces, hotels, and entertainment venues. Our concierge team can confirm specific accessibility features — such as ramp access, accessible restrooms, elevator availability, and accessible seating — for any venue prior to your visit.
For concerts, live music, and entertainment events, we arrange designated quiet areas for guests who need sensory breaks. Sensory kits — including noise-reducing ear protection, fidget tools, and visual cue cards — are available upon request. We coordinate with venues to manage lighting and volume for private events where possible.
Our culinary experiences comprehensively accommodate food allergies (nut-free, shellfish-free, dairy-free, gluten-free), religious dietary requirements (kosher, halal, vegetarian for religious observance), and lifestyle dietary preferences (vegan, plant-based, paleo, keto). All dietary needs are communicated to chefs and venue partners in advance.
Mobility assistance is available at all partner venues. This includes wheelchair rentals, mobility scooter arrangements, accessible transportation vehicles (wheelchair-accessible SUVs and vans), and staff-assisted navigation through venues. We also coordinate accessible parking at all experience locations.
Hearing loop systems are available at select partner venues. We can arrange ASL interpreters for private tours and experiences with advance notice. Captioning services are available for corporate events and presentations.
Service animals are welcome at all Nashville VIP experiences and partner venues in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Please notify your concierge of service animal accompaniment so we can ensure appropriate arrangements at all venues.
Our luxury fleet includes wheelchair-accessible vehicles, including modified SUVs and luxury vans with ramp access. All chauffeurs are trained in assisting guests with mobility needs. Accessible vehicle requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
