The Role

As a Luxury Concierge Specialist at Nashville VIP, you are the primary point of contact for our most discerning clientele. You'll manage every aspect of the guest experience — from initial inquiry through post-experience follow-up — ensuring that each moment exceeds even the most extraordinary expectations. This role requires an individual who thrives under pressure, anticipates needs before they're expressed, and delivers with the polish and warmth that defines Southern luxury hospitality. You are not simply fulfilling requests — you are orchestrating memories that will last a lifetime.

  • Manage VIP client requests with impeccable attention to detail, from private dining reservations to multi-day luxury itineraries
  • Coordinate bespoke experiences across Nashville's premier venues, entertainment destinations, and partner properties
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with our network of 50+ premium venue partners, chefs, performers, and service providers
  • Provide 24/7 coverage on rotation, ensuring clients always have access to a dedicated concierge during their Nashville experience
  • Handle last-minute requests with composure and creativity — including securing impossible reservations, arranging surprise experiences, and resolving unforeseen challenges
  • Maintain detailed client profiles, preferences, and interaction histories in our CRM system
  • Coordinate with transportation, security, and wellness teams to deliver seamless multi-service experiences
  • Follow up post-experience to gather feedback and cultivate long-term client relationships
  • 3+ years in luxury hospitality, high-end concierge, or premium guest services
  • Language skills preferred: Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, or French (not required but highly valued)
  • Absolute discretion — you will handle sensitive information about high-profile individuals
  • Deep knowledge of Nashville's dining, entertainment, nightlife, and cultural landscape
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), booking systems, and communication tools
  • Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed — luxury doesn't keep business hours
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance appropriate for Nashville's finest venues
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

4:00 PM — A VIP client texts requesting a last-minute dinner reservation at the Catbird Seat — tonight. You call your contact, leverage the Nashville VIP relationship, and secure two seats at the chef's counter within 30 minutes.

7:00 PM — Greet the evening's VIP group at their hotel lobby. Escort them to their waiting Escalade. Brief the chauffeur on the itinerary. The night is just beginning.

Concierge Specialists who demonstrate exceptional performance advance into Senior Concierge roles, team leadership positions, and ultimately Client Relationship Management — overseeing our most valuable long-term accounts.
