The Calling Awaits

Full-Time · By application + Bonus

Corporate event producer.

Transform corporate gatherings into landmark Nashville moments. You bring the vision — we provide the stage.

The Role

As Corporate Event Producer, you'll own the full lifecycle of high-profile corporate events — from initial creative concept through flawless day-of execution. You'll work with Fortune 500 companies, emerging brands, and C-suite executives who demand perfection. Nashville is America's hottest corporate event destination, and you'll be the architect behind experiences that drive real business outcomes — team alignment, client relationships, and brand memories that outlast the event itself.

  • Design and produce corporate events ranging from intimate executive dinners (10 guests) to large-scale activations (500+ attendees)
  • Manage event budgets from By application to By application with meticulous financial tracking and transparent client reporting
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships: caterers, AV teams, performers, venues, transportation, and décor
  • Create detailed event timelines, production schedules, and run-of-show documents
  • Lead site visits and venue walkthroughs with clients
  • Coordinate with Nashville VIP's concierge team to integrate personalized guest experiences into corporate programs
  • Manage on-site production crews and ensure seamless event execution
  • Conduct post-event analysis, gather ROI data, and present results to clients
  • 5+ years in event production, with at least 2 years managing corporate or institutional events
  • Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding By application
  • CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or CSEP certification preferred
  • Expert proficiency in event management platforms (Cvent, Social Tables, Tripleseat)
  • Strong negotiation skills — you'll be managing six-figure vendor contracts
  • Ability to remain composed under extreme pressure with shifting timelines and high-stakes deliverables
  • Experience in Nashville's venue landscape preferred but not required
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage 5+ concurrent events
