The Role

This is a 1099 independent contractor role for Nashville hospitality professionals who already have deep relationships with the city's finest hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues. You'll serve as the connective tissue between Nashville VIP's client needs and the city's premium hospitality ecosystem. If you're the person who can get a table at the Catbird Seat on a Saturday night, secure a sold-out suite, or arrange a private tasting at a Michelin-level kitchen — this role was made for you.

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new premium hotel, restaurant, and entertainment venue partners
  • Negotiate preferential rates, VIP access agreements, and commission structures with partner properties
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners through regular check-ins and joint event planning
  • Facilitate VIP client access to partner venues, including last-minute reservations and special accommodations
  • Provide Nashville VIP with insider intelligence on new venue openings, chef changes, and market trends
  • Attend industry events, soft openings, and hospitality networking functions as a Nashville VIP representative
  • Generate monthly partner performance reports and relationship health assessments
  • 5+ years working in Nashville's hospitality industry — hotels, restaurants, entertainment, or tourism
  • An active Rolodex of 30+ personal contacts at general-manager level or above in Nashville's hospitality scene
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trust-based business relationships
  • Understanding of partnership economics: revenue sharing, referral fees, and commission structures
  • Comfortable representing a luxury brand at high-profile industry events
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset — this is a commission-based role where your hustle determines your income
  • Knowledge of the Nashville market's seasonality, peak periods, and competitive dynamics
