The Role

As our HNW Client Relationship Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor to Nashville VIP's most valuable clients — individuals and families with a net worth of By application who seek the absolute pinnacle of Nashville luxury. This isn't traditional sales. You won't cold call or pitch. Instead, you'll nurture inbound relationships, anticipate needs, and design multi-day luxury programs that become annual traditions. Your clients will return year after year — not because of a contract, but because of the trust and extraordinary experiences you deliver.

  • Manage a portfolio of 40–60 high-net-worth client accounts with average annual spend of By application
  • Conduct in-depth discovery consultations to understand client preferences, expectations, and aspirations
  • Design bespoke, multi-day luxury itineraries combining Nashville VIP's full portfolio of experiences
  • Present custom proposals with transparent pricing and clear value articulation
  • Coordinate with the concierge team to ensure flawless execution of all client programs
  • Build referral networks through exceptional service — your best marketing is a delighted client telling their peers
  • Represent Nashville VIP at luxury industry events, private aviation shows, wealth management conferences, and philanthropy galas
  • Maintain detailed CRM records of client interactions, preferences, milestones (birthdays, anniversaries), and feedback
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets while maintaining a 95%+ client satisfaction rating
  • 5+ years in luxury sales, private wealth services, or high-end hospitality relationship management
  • Experience working with HNW/UHNW clientele (By application net worth)
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills — you read people, not scripts
  • Background in private banking, luxury real estate, fine jewelry, private aviation, or luxury travel preferred
  • Polished executive presence and comfort in black-tie environments
  • Absolute discretion — many clients are public figures who demand confidentiality
  • Strong written communication — you'll draft personalized proposals and follow-up correspondence
  • Willingness to travel domestically (10–15%) for client meetings and industry events
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
