Dietary restrictions and allergies, experience preferences, accommodation preferences, travel requirements, accessibility needs, and lifestyle interests shared voluntarily for the purpose of curating personalized experiences.
Email correspondence, phone call logs, chat transcripts, concierge request histories, and feedback submissions.
We use collected information to curate and deliver bespoke luxury experiences, process payments and manage bookings, communicate regarding your reservations and inquiries, improve our services through anonymized analytics, send marketing communications (with your consent), comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud. We never use your data for purposes beyond delivering exceptional service.
