Nashville VIP ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides luxury concierge services, experience curation, event planning, and hospitality coordination throughout the Nashville metropolitan area. Our services encompass private dining reservations, VIP entertainment access, luxury transportation coordination, corporate event production, wellness experiences, and bespoke itinerary planning. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at nashvilletenn.vip and all services provided by Nashville VIP. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend a minimum lead time of two to four weeks for standard experiences and eight to twelve weeks for corporate events and large-group experiences. Confirmation of your experience booking constitutes a binding agreement subject to the cancellation and payment terms outlined herein. Nashville VIP acts as a coordinator and facilitator — final availability is determined by our venue and vendor partners. We reserve the right to suggest comparable alternatives should your first choice become unavailable.
Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of your deposit and a written confirmation email from our concierge team. Verbal agreements or preliminary inquiries do not constitute confirmed bookings. All details — including date, time, guest count, and special requests — must be verified in writing prior to the experience date.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to concierge@nashvilletenn.vip. Rescheduling requests made 48+ hours in advance are accommodated on a best-effort basis, subject to availability. Some premium experiences, including private concerts and exclusive venue buyouts, may have non-refundable components — these will be clearly identified at the time of booking.
A deposit of 50% of the total estimated experience cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled experience date. Payment is accepted via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), wire transfer, and ACH. For bookings exceeding By application wire transfer or ACH is preferred. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Nashville VIP reserves the right to cancel confirmed bookings for which the remaining balance has not been received by the stated deadline.
Additional charges may apply for services or requests added after initial booking confirmation. These will be communicated to you promptly and require your written approval before being incurred. Gratuities for service providers (chefs, drivers, performers) are not included unless explicitly stated and are at the client's discretion.
By participating in Nashville VIP experiences, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities. Adventure experiences — including but not limited to helicopter tours, horseback riding, hot air balloon flights, clay shooting, and exotic car drives — carry inherent risks that cannot be entirely eliminated. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by experience operators. Nashville VIP, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in any experience, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Guests consent to being photographed and/or recorded at Nashville VIP-coordinated experiences for marketing and promotional purposes unless they have opted out in writing prior to the experience. To opt out, please notify your concierge or email privacy@nashvilletenn.vip at least 24 hours before your scheduled experience.
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to engage Nashville VIP services independently. Experiences involving alcohol service — including bourbon distillery tours, wine pairing dinners, cocktail experiences, and VIP nightlife — require all participating guests to be 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Tennessee state law. Valid government-issued photo identification will be required. Certain adventure activities may have additional age restrictions imposed by the operating vendor.
Premium Nashville venues maintain dress code standards befitting their luxury status. Business casual is the minimum standard for fine dining and private club experiences. Specific venues may require cocktail attire, formal attire, or themed dress — these requirements will be communicated at the time of booking. Nashville VIP reserves the right to recommend appropriate attire and cannot guarantee venue admission if dress code requirements are not met by guests.
Nashville VIP is committed to protecting the privacy and identities of all clients. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client identities, preferences, itineraries, and personal information. Our staff operates under comprehensive non-disclosure agreements. Clients similarly agree not to disclose the identities or personal details of other Nashville VIP clients they may encounter during shared experiences or at partner venues. Violations of this mutual confidentiality may result in immediate termination of services.
Nashville VIP shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather events, pandemics, government orders, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, utility failures, or artist/performer cancellations. In such events, Nashville VIP will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternative experiences or issue credits for future services.
All content on nashvilletenn.vip — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Nashville VIP or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The Nashville VIP name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of Nashville VIP. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission.
Nashville VIP coordinates with independent third-party vendors to deliver experiences. These vendors are independent businesses and are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of their respective services. Nashville VIP is not the employer, agent, or principal of any third-party vendor. While we rigorously vet all partners and maintain high standards, any claims related to the service quality, products, or conduct of third-party vendors must be directed to the vendor.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Nashville VIP services shall first be submitted to mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Nashville, Tennessee. If mediation is unsuccessful within 60 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs of mediation and arbitration.
Nashville VIP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients and posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any booking confirmation documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nashville VIP regarding the services described herein and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
